Refund policy

We gladly accept returns for store credit only.

In order to initiate a return, please email us at shoplaneymaes@gmail.com, including your name and order #. Items must be returned within 12 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for return. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost. 

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued within 3-4 days.

**Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.**
